Remote Support Client Information Security:
- Our client is an active
desktop application that does not modify your system and cannot function
without your express participation. You must request a connection from
your pc.
- When initiating a connection you are requesting a specific
hard coded NetXperts2000 address to connect to your pc.
These features make our client not only simple to use, but most importantly
inherently very secure.
How to download and use the NetXperts2000 Remote Support
Client, 2 options:
Option 1,
save the client
Choose to save to client to avoid downloading
it again should another connection to your desktop be necessary in the
future.

- Choose to save the file when prompted with the File Download
Security Warning window.

- We recommend that you save the client to your current profile’s
desktop for convenience. Please choose to save the file wherever you
wish.

- Launch the client and double click on the name of the technician you
are working with on your issue.

- The technician will be prompted to connect to your PC when you see the
desktop system tray icon. The request will time out after 5 minutes as
the following screen shot indicates.

Option 2, run the client
Because our client application does not modify
your computer and is 165K you have to option of running it instead of
saving.

Security Warning window such as the message below, please click on
